ORDER RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION

Once you make a purchase, we will send a summary of your order to the email address you provided, including the assigned reference number, purchased items, a breakdown of additional costs such as shipping fees or any other applicable charges (e.g., payment method fees), and contact details.

With your order, you will receive a paper invoice.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs are as follows, and you will also see them itemized during the purchasing process, depending on the shipping address:

Canary Islands:  €7

Free shipping:  Available for orders over €100 shipped to the Canary Islands.

You also have the option to pick up your order at our store, saving on shipping costs.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card:  You can use VISA or MASTERCARD to pay for your purchase in our store.

Bizum: Pay easily using Bizum.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders will be shipped via an express courier service. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 24 business hours and delivered to the address provided within a maximum of 48 business hours from the time of purchase. You will receive a text message notifying you of the delivery date.

During the sales season, these deadlines may be extended by an additional 24 hours.

If you choose in-store pickup, your order will be available for collection within 24 business hours.

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within the legal maximum period of 30 calendar days (as stipulated in Law 3/2014), we will ask if you agree to an additional extension, unless the item is no longer available or was purchased for a specific period.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may request an exchange or return for any item purchased on our website within 30 calendar days of receipt, without needing to provide a justification or pay additional penalties..

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will find a withdrawal form in the MY ACCOUNT section, where you can conveniently manage the process.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the returned items are in good condition, unused, and include their original packaging and labeling.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you originally used.

To meet this deadline, the items must already be in our warehouse, or you must provide proof of shipment via a courier waybill.

Partial order returns are not possible unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and SHACKLETON'S SHACK, as stipulated by the European Commission.

In-store: You may exchange or return an item at any of our stores by presenting the invoice/ticket included in your order.

Desde Tienda Online: You can request a full or partial return through the ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS section in MY ACCOUNT after logging in with your email and password.

Select the order and click on "Details."

Choose the items you wish to return and indicate the reason.

Once your return request is submitted, you can track its status in the MERCHANDISING RETURNS.   

Pack the items in the original or similar packaging and include a copy of the return form or the original order confirmation.

If your order was paid via bank transfer, include an account number for the refund.

By Mail: You can request a full or partial return by emailing tiendalpa@shackletonshack.com.

Pack the items as received and include a copy of the return form or order confirmation.

A courier will pick up the package from the original delivery address. If you want to change the pickup address, send an email with the subject "Return Address Change" and the new address details.

No need to label the package—the courier will bring a printed label.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

Replacement items:  If an item is unavailable, we may offer a similar product at no extra cost. You can accept the replacement or cancel the purchase.

Warranties:  If the delivered goods are defective or do not meet contract specifications, we will offer an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Promotional codes:  Returning items purchased with a promotional code may partially void the discount if the original conditions of use are no longer met.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
