ORDER RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION
Once you make a purchase, we will send a summary of your order to the email address you provided, including the assigned reference number, purchased items, a breakdown of additional costs such as shipping fees or any other applicable charges (e.g., payment method fees), and contact details.
With your order, you will receive a paper invoice.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are as follows, and you will also see them itemized during the purchasing process, depending on the shipping address:
Canary Islands: €7
Free shipping: Available for orders over €100 shipped to the Canary Islands.
You also have the option to pick up your order at our store, saving on shipping costs.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card: You can use VISA or MASTERCARD to pay for your purchase in our store.
Bizum: Pay easily using Bizum.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be shipped via an express courier service. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 24 business hours and delivered to the address provided within a maximum of 48 business hours from the time of purchase. You will receive a text message notifying you of the delivery date.
During the sales season, these deadlines may be extended by an additional 24 hours.
If you choose in-store pickup, your order will be available for collection within 24 business hours.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within the legal maximum period of 30 calendar days (as stipulated in Law 3/2014), we will ask if you agree to an additional extension, unless the item is no longer available or was purchased for a specific period.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, in accordance with the applicable Spanish consumer protection legislation.
To exercise this right, simply click the "Exercise Right of Withdrawal" button located in the footer of our website and enter the order reference for the order you wish to withdraw from along with your email address.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
- Click the "Exercise Right of Withdrawal" button.
- Enter your order reference and email address.
- Click "Search Order".
- Select the products and quantities you wish to include.
- Submit your request.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your withdrawal request number, the date and time of submission, and the details of the selected products.
Important Information
Exercising your right of withdrawal does not require you to provide a reason. However, the form may include optional fields where you can provide additional information if you wish.
Your request will be recorded in your customer account, and you will be able to check its status in the Completed Returns section.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes and claims arising from this document will be resolved by the competent courts and tribunals.
